Inception

Majelan Auto Spare Parts LLC was established by Mr. ETK Mustapha in the year 1996. He was a mercurial sales executive in the auto spare parts field in the UAE since 1986. He understood that the UAE was fast becoming a major global hub for trade between Europe and Africa with the Far East and hence decided to establish his own company.


Started as a fledgling operation of one retail showroom and 7 staff, Majelan has now grown in the past 14 years to become one of the largest dealers of Toyota and Nissan spare parts through a network of 7 showrooms 2 warehouses and staff strength of 82.


The re-export division has catapulted Majelan into a different league and the company is now way ahead of its competitors. Company presently re-exports spare parts to Africa, various Republics of Soviet Russia, Tanzania, Nairobi, Lebanon and other GCC countries.


Management

Mr. ETK Mustapha’s enterprise in sales has been the backbone for the growth of Majelan. He still heads the sales force and is available hands on throughout for all his valued customers. Having realized early that delegation professionalism is the key to success, he has appointed experienced professionals in the departments of Administration, Logistics, IT, Personnel, Finance, Accounts etc. These professionals along with Mr. Mustapha make up the core group of Majelan’ S management.


Workforce

Over the years the name MAJELAN has brought a smile to faces of hundreds of customers worldwide because of the sole fact that the workforce of Majelan smiles. The handpicked staff is the most efficient group of employees in the auto spare parts market. Provided with best benefits in the industry, they are skilled in their respective departments. Regular in-house training programs, product refresher courses, incentive schemes designed to inculcate healthy competition have honed their finer skills to make them more aggressive in the market. Above all, Mr. Mustapha’s subscribes to the fact that his employees are part of his extended family.


Establishment

In 1996 Majelan opened its 1st retail showroom in the emirate of Sharjah in the UAE, in Arabian Gulf Trading Building on Industrial Area 1. In 1999 it opened its 2nd showroom at the BMW area in Sharjah Industrial estate. In 2003 it opened its first showroom in Dubai in the busy Nasr Square area, to cater solely to the re-export market. In 2004 it opened its 2nd showroom in Dubai, located on Yusuf Baker Street. In 2008 the 5th Show room opened in Al Dhaid, the northern province of Sharjah. In October 2010 it opened its 6th Showroom at the Industrial Area of Al Ain. New Showrooms at Fujairah and Dubai are under final stage of interior decoration works, which are scheduled to open by January 2011.
The year 2000 saw the expansion of the 1st showroom in Sharjah to thrice its size with the Corporate Office also established at the same premises. The business and logistics of all 5 centers are monitored from the Corporate Office round the clock.


Majelan started with a small warehouse space of a few hundred sq.ft which over the years has grown to 2 warehouses covering more than 4200 sq.ft. State of the art logistics and inventory control systems are in place, ensuring prompt delivery schedules with optimum inventory.

Majelan deals in Genuine Spare Parts & Accessories of Toyota, Lexus, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Hyundai and Isuzu. The company has been successful in developing business connections all over the world primarily because of dealing in quality products and providing the best sales and after sales support in the industry.
